We already have confirmation and pictures a few pages back in this very thread here from a Target employee that it is only a 1-disc version:

Look at the picture of the back of the case...it only lists the audio commentary, which is the only special feature on the first disc with the film....if this set included the second BD which is loaded with bonus features, why wouldn't they list
any of them on the back? Wouldn't that be a great selling point to mention?
