Taiwan Death Note & Death Note - The Last Name

Death Note
Death Note - The Last Name

Both released by Pony Taiwan. Specs claim Japanese DD 5.1, but that may or may not be accurate. Appears to have no extras. Unknown Region Coding or BD size (BD25 or BD50). English subs.

Have you seen L? I've heard that it's not that great, wondering if it's worth seeing?

I just ordered the Blu-ray of Help Me Eros from buyoyo, it was HKD 30 (about $4) for shipping. There was a more expensive shipping option that was closer to $15.

This is my first time buying from them, I'll let you all know how my order turns out. If this studio Pony makes a good Blu-ray disc I'm interested in picking up some more titles.

First 2 follow on from each other. Third movie is a spin off and concentrates on the L character which is the Sherlock Holmes of the series.

I liked it, it doesn't really follow the first two films in a way. It's more about preventing/try to foil a terrorist attack.

EDIT:
I am totally lost on the shipping cost for this site. How much is it to the US?

For a single disc I had the option between air mail for $4 and a express option that cost around $15

I enjoyed the movies. I liked the anime up until about a little half way through it, then I kind of got bored with it. The movies cut down a lot on the plot while keeping it entertaining and keeping a lot of the highlights, while changing certain things around. I would definitely recomend them.

Now L on the otherhand... Let's just say I'm not a fan of that movie.
