Thats true. Prototype and inFAMOUS have a pretty close concept. So do we know if this game is running in 1080p 60fps? I was dissapointed with all the hype about Killzone 2 about how amazing the graphics were then when I played it at 1080p the textures looked crappy upscaled. Then again I am a PC gamer so I am used to the graphics being rendered at 1920x1200 even CoD:WaW has higher textures and look prettier to me on the PC then Killzone 2 on PS3.

Don't expect the PS3 (or 360) to compete with a PC. So no, neither of these will run at 1080p at 60fps. Probably 720p at 30fps.

Why are you playing KZ2 at 1080p anyways? Just run it at 720p.

I think when you really look at Infamous and Prototype....Infamous is hands down better...

at 1st glance it seems like prototype is better because it appears to be more fun, but I think we've pretty much seen what you can do in Prototype....it's like a lot of the games you've seen already....I'll compare it to something like the 1st Onimusha because it's the only one that I've played in that series...

you pretty much kill someone and absorb their life force or soul to power up.....in this case it's their DNA to absorb memories and a new power....then you power up and repeat the cycle until you find the power you're looking for which will likely be scripted depending on the scenario...

while Infamous...you'll be building up your powers and deciding which ones to use for yourself to advance and you pretty much have similar powers except Prototype is more fleshy when you change, while Infamous uses electricity....

plus Infamous is much more open world and you can climb on things to get the perspective you want when you attack..

I'm playing it through my 24" monitor so when I run it at 720p it is extremely small. So I would rather have it run at 1080p but that leads to muddy textures.

happy to see this is coming out early, and the preorder stuff sounds pretty decent. Hope Canada is included in that good stuff as I'll be preordering it if so.

The wife is also mildly interested in this, so I hope that the easy mode isn't too hard (or that there is an easy mode at least as I just realized that there may not even be one). I'm trying to get her more into video games, but she is not into too much of a challenge.

I'm also in agreement that the date change is likely related to Prototype (at least in part) as well. June also has Ghostbusters too.

Looks like the regular case just slides out like a movie sleeve. Much better than an out-of-place steelbook.

The boxart (SE at least) should stand out to the GTA fan.

This sucks that Australia never gets the awesome bonus' you guys get over at the USA. And Crysis running on medium looks way better then Killzone 2 and COD:WaW maxed out on PC looks better then Killzone 2.
