Thanks for the post,I'll definately be sticking with the PS3 version. 360 can have the early map release,the PS3 will take the better looking game. Atleast by those screenshots,and I don't believe they've been tampered with.

to me it does look better on the PS3.

Just got my copy, it's kinda amazing how big this franchise got in such a short time, the lines at walmart and gamestop were bigger than for GTAIV. I mean before COD4, COD wasn't that big, probably as big as Battlefield or maybe a bit bigger, but right now it's the biggest FPS franchise in the world, kinda amazing what one game can do for a franchise.

Like I said, I'm sure its just keeping track of what level you are playing each mission on and since you beat the training part with a recommended vet level, thats simply a suggestion, I know trying to get under 20 seconds in cod4 it would switch each time I redid the training boat.

My copy is on its way from Amazon. Got it for $6 too! Only reason I got it really.
My roomate went to the midnight launch and grabbed his 360 version. That poor bastard received the RRoD as soon as he put the disc in, got his 2nd 360 out only to get another RRoD.

Looks like he has to wait till Wed for my PS3 version.

I just picked up the game. There were probably about 250 people there at Gamestop and I really did think I'd be the only PS3 getter there because let's face it, this is the only game the bots are going to have for a while but I was surprised to see that of the 10 people I could see in front of me, 6 or 7 got the PS3 version. Suck it lamos!!!

I saw a good 50-50 split at my walmart, but make no mistake about it, I'm expecting as much as a 3-1 ratio in favor of the 360 in the US.

Well of course, the installed base is bigger. but i dont expect the ps3 version to sell what w@w did last year...650k vs the 360's 1.3 million.

i'd say the ps3 version will easily sell over 1 million. but i also expect the 360 version to sell well over 2 million. world wide will be pretty much even.

I was just about to say that....This is one of the games that tears me between systems...I know it'll look better on the PS3, but most of my online

The inviting is ATROCIOUS on MW2.. COD4 was so easy.. seconds to invite.. now it takes a freaking MINUTE.
