Coraline looks amazing in 2d. The 3d version is just a fun gimmick in my opinion. Fortunately both versions are included

Forum rules apply here as well, just because its in the movie doesnt mean its appropriate to post on the forum.

Was it too much trouble to simply ask me to remove three or four of the twenty otherwise harmless Bruno images I uploaded instead of just deleting them all to appease either the younger audience which views this board (which I totally accept if that is the case) or a couple of overzealous bigots embarrassingly trying to prove their masculinity?

I saw Bruno in the theater with my girlfriend and I have to say I was let down after seeing his previous film. Bruno, I felt was not nearly as funny but some scenes added for shock value and humor were to me personally, unnecessary. Were there some funny parts, oh Hell yes but I think he pushed the envelope just a tad too far on this one. But that's me.

I wasn't here earlier to see the posted pix but I do agree that the mods could have simply taken out the really offensive shots if they were worried about younger members and concerned the author of the posts could not be reached soon enough to have them removed by his own hand. I think we have to look at the possibility of blind censorship here and the need for rational consideration of all views and possibilites. That said, again I didn't see the offending shots but things probably could have been handled a bit better.

There are many self proclaimed professionals present that in the past have refused to listen to reason for that reason, I haven't been here for a long time.

It is usually just a matter of ease to remove a post than to go through and filter what we would feel is acceptable. Your images are still being hosted where you uploaded them at. We aren't stopping you from going back through and posting some of the more appropriate ones. As far as the comments associated with the photos, they were not appropriate either.

Anyone can PM me those
I never saw the movie nor that I intend to see it anyway.

I didnt see anything wrong with the Bruno pictures.
If it was because of the youngsters here then the Tomb Raider picture of a "nude" Lara Croft should be the same.

Just noticed that the Basic Instinct shots which are listed on the 1st page of this thread come with a 'porn warning' so perhaps the younger audience excuse goes out the window there. The pics I posted weren't as graphic as them but they were removed.

How queer......

Yeah I didn't see anything that I thought even came slightly close to needing removal in the Bruno caps the other day either Been much more graphic things posted and even then nothing that I would say is that bad. This thread is PG-13 at most

Also notice on the guidelines on the first page:

• No nudity. It is requested that gore be kept to PG-13 graphic levels.

Because this is an open public forum, there needs to be some discretion regarding the posting of images especially from R-rated movies to make sure they are not too graphic.

I do admit, however, that the definition of "too graphic" is subjective. I guess that's why we have moderators.

For example, in my opinion, the following image is far too sexually graphic and should never have been posted.
