Default Anthology Set

I am not interested in the full box set of all the films. Besides according to the pics on dvdactive's website and others... it looks to be a lot like the Matrix set and that means one THING! SLIMLINE CASES! ugh... I will probabaly just buy the imports of Batman and Batman Returns from the UK.

Correction DVDtimes.com / here is the link http://www.dvdtimes.co.uk/content/id...-in-march.html

Looks authentic to me. The thickness of the set makes it look like a newer image since Warner will be using those slimpacks for all 4 films I'm sure.

I guess I'm the only one who doesn't mind slimpacks. I actually prefer them. I like to save space. Too bad I already got the first 3 from the uk.

True true, I was just emitting a hypothesis but you're right, it does look new.

I'm really wondering if I should get the boxset because I already have the Anthology one on DVD... I could try and sell it because it's still selling for a high price.

How much did you pay for the UK versions and from which site? I want Batman and Batman Returns but those are the only two.

I'm guessing Amazon.co.uk which had/has all four for £12.98 each.

Are the transfers the same on the UK imports as they are on the US anthology set due in March?

Of course.

The only difference is that the first film will probably be a BD-25 and a DVD. The UK is one BD-50.

By the way Amazon UK has the 4 disc set for about $50 USD shipped pre-ordered for March....I'm not sure how much Amazon will have it for but at $130 MSRP I'm thinking the it will be at the Bourne Trilogy price if not a bit more......and as others have mentioned Amazon UK has the individual titles for import as well
