They definitely are worth it. The last two were two of my favorite games of the last console generation. I'll likely wait for the fresh coat of paint until it goes on sale though.

I've gamed more today with Pure Pool and Madden NFL 16 than I have in years, but that's not saying much. Pure Pool is pretty good if you like pool, and Madden is actually pretty decent this year for the first time in a long time.

It's nice that Sony gives a 20% off coupon for the PSN store in with the system. That saved me about $11 or so when I bought Journey, Life is Strange, and Pure Pool.

It might not be sexy, but I'm really liking the PS4 so far overall and I've barely scratched the surface obviously since I haven't played many games yet.

    Ok, so you're worse. Thanks.

I did finish Red Dead Redemption, which was actually the first Rockstar game I actually finished. No, I never finished any of the Grand Theft Autos back in the day.

As much as I love Uncharted, I'll probably pass on the Collection. At least for now since there's no way I'll be able to play it before Uncharted 4 comes out next year.

Time to take my PS4 out of the Amazon box. Now I just have to try to remember my password again before that.

Then the new one will come out in a couple of weeks and suck up all of your gaming time again. Or not. I dunno.

Maybe, but I'm worse, so don't feel too bad. I have a few unopened PS3 games in my closet that I've had for at least a couple of years now since I stopped playing any games up until I just got my PS4.

Makes sense. I never even thought of that. I might as well wait for that edition too, especially since Metal Gear Solid V and all of the games I have to catch up on will take quite a bit of time.

I'm sure Destiny is good, but I think my days of being able to sink that much time into an online game are over. The Limited Edition Destiny PS4 that is coming looks cool though.

Since my work schedule next week will make starting up Metal Gear Solid V (or The Last of Us of course) before next weekend pointless, I'll probably download a PSN exclusive game or two to go along with Madden for the next few days. I'm thinking about Journey and Life is Strange.

    Yes, I still do exist...

I ordered a PS4 finally yesterday since I want to play Metal Gear Solid 5. I was going to get the Arkham City bundle like Diesel got, but Amazon was sold out of it, so I got the bundle with The Last of Us digital and Madden 16. I might end up selling Madden, but it will be here on Saturday regardless.

I think I may pass on your drug called Destiny though. I'm not sure I have the time to sink in to something like that right now, and I have a lot of catching up to do with PS4 games anyways.

Pat yourself on the back if you have an erection lasting longer than 4 hours, btw.

They had a Buy 1 Get 1 Half Off sale around here recently and my buddy was buying some and I decided to decorate my desk

I have Cap, Thor, Leonardo, Batman and Goku from Dragon Ball Z. That's in addition to the Optimus and Vader Mighty Muggs my buddy gave me a while back
My desk is the most talked about one at work (I have a big desk)

I thought it was gonna be horrible originally then the trailers looked ok...then everyone confirmed that it sucked.

The guy in my office loves Deadpool and even has a Pop figure of him on his desk.

I really hope the abysmal reception for F4 and now the horrible box office (half of what RotSS made 8 years ago!) brings Fox to the table to finally negotiate a deal with Marvel. We know they want Surfer and Galactus in the MCU, this opens the possibility of that

    Picture it...
Silver Surfer and the Guardians together
    Thor fighting Galactus
    Iron Man vs Dr. Doom

Yikes that's a lot of time

Just read that Ryan Reynolds goes on like a minute long rant about Green Lantern jokes in a Deadpool scene
Buuuut that it likely will only be on the blu-ray

I am really shocked at how many are being negative about it. What did they expect differently?

I believe I said my original plan for AK and inFAMOUS: SS was Black Friday, but I've already platinum'd both games
I got the PS4 bundle with AK and Best Buy was offering $41 to trade it in and since I knew I wasn't going to replay it much at all, I jumped on that since I paid nothing for it. I'm going to trade in SS tomorrow at a local store that is offering $15 cash and I only paid $20 for it

AK was great for some stuff, but I didn't care for the Batmobile gameplay, and it is super forced down your throat in some parts of the games and ruins them. City is still my favorite of the games.

Trying to decide if I want to sign up for Gamefly's 3-month for $27 deal right now or wait until this winter when I have my 12 day vacation and only get 1 month for free
