Hi! In your Florida Project review, you refer to the hotel in the film as "The Magic Kingdom", it's called "Magic Castle Inn and Suites".

It truly is absurd that Universal Music Canada has handicapped The Hip's final show with lossy DVD-quality audio tracks, but also it's Universal so I guess it just makes me roll my eyes. Pathetic.

However, just wanted to point out that one aspect of the review comes across very jarring and it's the repeated use of the name "Gordon" - while his birth name is Gordon, he goes by "Gord". The Wikipedia page is "Gord Downie", Gord's website is "", I guess I've never seen anyone call him "Gordon" before so it struck me as odd.

Thought you might want to do a F&R on the review knowing this info, please feel free to delete this message once you've read it.

    Thanks Jeff!

Hi! In the Arrow films Don't Torture a Duckling review you talk about Stephen Thrower's commentary but the commentary track was by Troy Howarth.

Was the plane wreck book mentioned in Mountain Between Us review called Hatchet? Your reference reminded me of the same book that I actually enjoyed reading as a kid.
If this was clarified elsewhere, apologies for the duplicate.

Someone should take Beau Bridges pilot's license away since he also crashes and dies in 'The Other Side Of The Mountain.'

Typo in GoT review: It's "Sansa" not "Sasha"

    Me. Kaufman,

According to ByDeluxe’s digital site, American Assassin was a 2K DI theatrically:

Figured I’d post it since you were looking for clarification.

Thank you for all the excellent reviews you do for the site!

    Mr. Kaufman,

Just letting you know my appreciation for your written reviews, especially when you combine an anecdote from personal history (e.g., Fabulous Baker Boys) into the mix. Always glad when your byline shows up as I'm browsing Blu-ray reviews. Keep writing and I'll keep reading. Thanks!

FYI the PS4 and all Samsung players convert 1080i50 to 1080i60 on the fly, the PS3 just won’t play discs...could explain the opera disc. I went through a long and exhaustive search on these issues when I picked up the first F1 season review to be released on BD in 2011, it was 1080i50 and locked to B so it was quite an adventure. Lots of players in NA won’t play 1080i50 discs (and presumably 1080p25) - all Sony BD players before the PS4 wouldn’t, no Panasonic would, no Sharp - we used to document them all here -
