Gotcha, yeah doesn’t make sense for your situation.

Just saw Sam’s Club is doing a one day sale with $250/$300 gift cards for cell phones this Saturday. Might have to look into that if I can avoid having to do it during BF. Mine is 3.5 years old, so it’s battery is going to crap.

    That’s awesome!

You have GCU right? Because that makes it even better than BF this week since that doesn’t stack the week of BF

I’m in a similar boat. I plan on keeping my existing stuff at least until I buy a bigger house, so probably another 3 years.

It would probably be an easier decision if I had ever actually seen a 4K blu in person

I definitely won’t spend over $10 for one though.

My price was $15 for it but I lucked out and had two free rentals from Redbox so I marathoned it one weekend and didn’t cost me anything
I may pick it up to own when it hits $9.99 like I did with Ratchet and Clank.

Wow, didn’t realize they cut back those policies either!

I’m so torn on future proofing with 4K movies this year with the $9.99 prices

We are going through a merger right now of our subsidiary companies into one large company, so I'm hoping that when that is done they come through on the promise to reexamine salary levels relative to companies the size of the new company and maybe hook me up even more

Working from home sounds awesome but I'm afraid that I would be too lazy and not get things done with all my stuff right there to distract me. But a good post-lunch nap would be fantastic!

Is the work you are doing similar to what it was before?

I'm mostly doing the same thing (I'm a commercial underwriter for the bank) but now I have a few more reports to worry about doing for our Board of Directors and some oversight of the other guys' work in the department. The plan is for it to be a transition thing to eventually lead to me being officially over the department if I stick with it the way things are heading. The raise has been freaking awesome too because it was 49% over what I was making and I have been banking crap loads of overtime too on top of that

That's great, definitely makes a huge difference in work when you are happier in the environment

Got an e-mail last night from Sony saying that I won $100 in PSN credit!

Yup, it's ridiculous especially because I walkways park way far away from people anytime I can and it's happened twice in under a year. It's not too bad and should be able to be fixed like new, but I won't know for sure until I talk to the dealership. Cost doesn't matter because the other guys' insurance has to pay up.

That's nuts that she would own up
Most people would deny deny deny

I looked at it that way now that I finally have a due by date, before we were just sitting with no info at all.

My truck got hit again this morning while parked for the second time in the less than a year that I have owned it!
