Hmm... well, I have no clue what's up with that, then. Weird.

That's always great when you love a movie so much that you can watch it repeatedly like that.

Oh, it's one of those TV DVD releases, then. I know what you mean. I hate those. It's not the DVD-R nature of it, but the fact that they don't turn up used at places, so you're stuck paying full price from Amazon or whoever has it.

Yeah, I've heard that about Chef, that you'll get hungry.

I know how that feels, having others abuse your kindness. I know it all too well.

Cool! You deserve to treat yourself. You really should see the Rocky movies. The boxset is usually under $20 fairly often. Can't beat that for 6 movies. And as a screenwriter, you should especially watch Rocky and Rocky Balboa. Excellent scripts.

Finally got to watch Terminator Genisis. Liked it a lot more than I thought I would. See you did get to MJ2 again, were you just as excited the second go round?

Actually, according to the database, it's the first release, or one of them. I see two copies on the original date: one with the faces side by side, and the one with DVD / Digital that has their faces blocked by a stripe with the title. Then, there's another re-release with DVD / Digital. Weird.

I mean, I can handle and enjoy movies and TV with those kind of situations, but I've just been even worse off recently and... I don't know. You get what I mean.

    Just 30?

I never got around to seeing that show.

You have a complete collection of her stuff? Nice! I haven't seen Chef, but I know you've mentioned it. Is it good?

Well, you're a good guy. And hey, I'm glad you got to see MJ2 again, and in RPX! I actually was lucky to see a movie recently, too: Creed. Definitely watch that if you get a chance. You'll want to cry and cheer. It's amazing.

What do looks have to do with anything, especially if you want to have a behind-the-camera job, anyway?

Oh, I'm sure there are plenty of unsolicited things sent all the time. Legally, they have to destroy them, though. Even Jackass had that disclaimer message on each episode that they destroyed and wouldn't even look at any submissions, and those are some of the craziest guys around.

Actually, the opposite. I usually don't bother with iTunes and I use UV mainly.

Well, the one copy I see that's $5 at Best Buy is this one and doesn't mention any kind of digital copy:

American Hustle is $5 at Best Buy and part of the BOGO sale, too, but I can't think of anything to pair it with to get the most value.

Truth be told, I've also been a bit hesitant about watching SLP because I know it deals with emotional issues and mental illness and so it might be a bit too hard-hitting, you know? I've heard from some that it's good at showing what certain mental illnesses are like, and some say that it isn't, so I don't know what to believe.

I'm sure it's great, though. And that's a great GIF!

Glad to hear that you bought that! I know that you were wanting that Blu-Ray for the longest time, and they were getting harder to find with slips.

It might sound a bit arrogant, and I certainly don't mean it to be, but if someone isn't a creative person, they don't understand how our minds work. Like you said, they don't understand the creative process. As for fame, that's not even what it's about, is it? It's about doing something you love, creating things, and making stuff for others to enjoy. Yeah, it comes with some notoriety and money, most likely, but that's not the main goal.

Just e-mail it? Well, if you're in the proper guild, you can do submit electronically But yeah, they can't just accept anything from anyone. Can you imagine the legal problems that would arise?

I like that! It sounds like a great story. As for a straight comedy, I think that's the way to go. Have you ever seen that Nicolas Cage movie The Weather Man. It was a pretty interesting movie, and had a little comedy, but could be pretty damn grim most of the time. It'd be nice to see your story play out, since it's a comedy.

Sorry for all these messages. Limited space, after all.

I thought about pulling the trigger on Silver Linings or maybe American Hustle with something cheap from the BOGO at Best Buy, but I noticed that Silver Linings didn't have a digital copy (they're more useful than I ever thought). I actually went to Best Buy earlier, but it was a madhouse in the media section and I didn't get to hunt for a copy with digital to see if it was also on sale. Oh, well. One day I'll get to see it and probably own it, too.

But hey, I did inject some Jen into my Black Friday. Did I make you proud? Hahaha.

Thanksgiving was tiring and hectic. Cooked for the family as well as some extra meals for less fortunate people. It had its good and bad moments, naturally. There's a reason why Thanksgiving is the year's biggest sales day for alcohol.

As for Black Friday, I haven't really found anything for the last few gifts I need for family, and even though I feel a bit greedy buying anything for myself, I did buy some 3D titles during that price glitch at Walmart. Also doubt a few $3.96 titles. One of them was Winter's Bone, by the way. Still haven't seen it. It came with an InstaWatch copy, too.

Hey! It's great to hear from you again. This place really doesn't feel quite right without you around. I know it was the holidays, but still, you know what I mean?

Exactly. I like stuff like that with heart.

Just makes you love her more, doesn't it? I'm guessing the second (Dumb was one) was Anchorman, maybe during that big battle scene?

I could see Jen and Amy making theirs a spinoff called "Step Sisters." Can't you just see them fighting and threatening each other with violence, and then becoming best friends?

I've finished a 5th draft of my one script. It's a comedy Life As Liz written in mind with Jen as the lead. PM If interested. I've currently written the 15 full length feature script.
