Hey how are ya? I see you;re located in Calgary. I am too. Just going thru the thread and noticed you're looking for a receiver. After lots of demo's I ended up settling on Marantz. I bought my thou a few years back (1.3a) Marantz SR8002. Unreal. Extremely happy with my purchase but it was 1800. I haven't looked back on it. From ready you'll be happy with a Marantz. Extremely well built product. I have not yet had a single problem with the unit. I'm using Revel speakers and that too is spectaular. There was also mention of Integra / Onkyo. You may want to check Visions or London Drugs they have a good selection of these receivers.

It would be nice to see some pictures of your Focals. If you have a chance, post them to the official Focal thread!

nope, just your open mind, and we take our shoes off while running around inside of other peoples' minds! i guess we've got about another 500 to 1k post before moving on to whatever the next level in this "title" thing is!
