I thought that because you had 2 x XPA-5's that you might be running 2 amps in to each speaker. I have done. Sounds great.

Thanks for the rating and the wonderful comments I have a 7.3 configuration. love your set up did an amazing job with the acoustic decor and the gear combo maybe this summer i will do the height speakers how do you like it do you notice a big difference.

* But if you truly need more power to add in a receiver like the Onkyo TX-NR5008 AV receiver, you simply go for the best bang for the buck with some Emotiva amps!
Like the XPA-2 and XPA-5 for example.
There is simply no better value out there on separate power amplifiers!
