    You asked about programming discrete commands into the Harmony One to control the different aspect ratios (lens memory) settings on your Panasonic AE4000...unfortunately you can only access the lens memory settings discretely (one button press) via the RS-232 interface. To make it work with an IR remote like the Harmony One, you need to employ an IR-to-RS232 converter that maps IR codes to RS232 commands. PM me if you want more info.
