Those two are excellent sci-fi films that you should defiantly check out. Close Encounters is one of my all-time favorite films along with being considered some of the best films ever made. Although, I am kinda a Spielberg fanboy, so...

Now, I have to ask. You have seen some classic Spielberg Sci-Fi right? Like E.T. and Close Encounters of the Third Kind?

Aw. That sucks about the blus, but having a theater that is close is great. You won't miss out on too much.

Are you still going to be or will you be taking a break from it while you are at collage?

Both scores were wonderful. CA's score is so calming and bittersweet and Oblivion's score is so fantastical and exciting. I also love Sci-Fi and it is also my favorite genre too.

and Hooray! I hope you enjoy A.I.

I thought it was a wonderful Science-Fiction film with gorgeous visual effects, great acting by Cruise and the others, and a highly underrated score by M83 (who also did the final song in the extended trailer for Cloud Atlas! ).

Hey. I just saw Oblivion the other day and LOVED it. Have you seen it yet?

No problem at all, man. Should Deja Vu be on my list as an objective best? No. Definitely not, but I can't help loving it more than some of the established classics. As long as we can elucidate our opinions fairly well, there is no problem in making such head-turning lists, I'm sure you have your reasons.

Hey, I was just noting that all of the films on your list were from the last three years. Not an insult, just an observation. Nothing to feel guilty about.

I hope it does too. It has "Cult Classic" written all over it.
