I also want to add that...for about six months (at least) you should baby your knees as much as possible so the fish oil can work. I can not speak highly enough about the benefits of a very simple kettlebell workout. The kettlebell swing ALONE will do wonders for everything surrounding your knees and make your whole life better and you only have to do it for a couple of minutes.

I used to be in the top 10! DaveSimonH was up there as well keeping the UK members in the game with KingSimba. I mostly submit covers now as my DVD collection is nearly all in the database.
