Okay, now you're getting more into what I do like. Haha! Bon Jovi, Sammy Hagar, KISS, Van Halen; I like all of them. Not familiar much with David Lee Roth's solo work, but I like his stuff with Van Halen. Also like Poison and Alice Cooper, mostly his mid- to late-80s output, but some of his older stuff, too.

Also, early Guns 'n Roses, early Skid Row (when Sebastian Bach was lead vocalist), some Scorpions, Whitesnake, Ratt. I'm a sucker for '80s hair/glam rock.

Happy (belated) birthday. I've never heard of Nuclear Assault. Off the top of my head, I've happened to like "Enter Sandman" by Metallica, "Ace of Spades" by Motorhead, and some Megadeth songs. I don't know the titles, but occasionally I hear one my brother is playing and like it.

So there is some metal I can enjoy, but as a whole it's just a genre I never took a particular interest in it. And when it comes to heavy metal, I'm generally more turned off by screaming or guttural (what I call) Cookie Monster-like vocals than anything else. Stuff like GWAR and Static-X are definitely not to my tastes.
