Why does all the blue ray films go out of audio sync...and jerk at regular intervals on win dvd for vaio bd ....???

Can you please help me....i have three sony ar21s laptops...problem is that it came with windvd for vaio bd,,and it always play blue ray films jerky and choppy...it also plays audio out of syinc...all three laptop is the same...what is the problem???...is it the win dvd software???....i doubt it's the hard ware as i bought another spare blue ray drive and that one acts the same...which software do you recomend i try that will solve this problem???....or is there a software update fix???...i have tryed every update available via sony sites....surly sony knew the fault when they sold the laptops???...i mean whats the piont of selling something that doesn't work properly??.....oh yeah i did watch one film properly...it was behwolf....i tryed closing all back ground programes with no effect.
