Speaking of Bond, the trailer for Spectre looks quite good. As expected.

I ended up watching Proposal, Tangled, Man of Steel, Count of Monte Cristo and The Day After Tomorrow during that week before starting work.

I've never seen the animated film, so I can't comment on that one

Having a movie weekend today and tomorrow. Today was Pitch Perfect, Faster and Zero Dark Thirty.

I'm trying to figure out if I'll be making the drive to see it in IMAX. I was definitely going with my cousin and a friend of ours, but he found out he will be out of town that weekend so I'm not sure I want to drive an hour to see it alone when I could see it in my town for free.

Casino Royale was the first Bond film I've ever seen. I've still only watched the 3 and will probably keep it that way (watching Craig's movies that is) and forward after he moves on of course.

Well my Disney order came in, so I've already watched Iron Man 3, Hercules, Tarzan, Finding Nemo, Brave and Incredibles this week and will be watching The Proposal tonight.

Yeah, I thought the 3/5 was undeserved.

In a shocking plot twist...I highly enjoyed Cinderella. I will be purchasing it

I had to redeem my action movie cred today so I watched Guardians and Star Trek Into Darkness. Maybe I'll throw in a little Fast & Furious soon to be safe

I need to rewatch those movies anyway with Furious 7 coming up in less than a month.

You mean I'm not the only one that enjoys Quantum of Solace?
It's my least favorite of the 3, but not by very much behind Skyfall. Casino Royale is still easily the best of the bunch in my opinion. My best friend hasn't seen any of them, so we are going to go through each of them before catching Spectre in November.

I did a count and I watched 9 of my blu-rays in the last week. I've got another week until I go to work, so I'll probably get through another 5-10 if I keep up that pace.

I'm about to fire up my copy right now to watch.

    Maybe...but I doubt it

    Touche about the theatre viewing.

Maybe I should have read that response better

I was kind of surprised at the lukewarm response for Mockingjay, but it does admittedly feel very much like what it is, half a story. It was still enjoyable to me though as someone who hasn't read the books. It's second best to Catching Fire imo.

I grabbed Maleficent and another copy of Brave for my sister in law. I haven't seen Maleficent and wasn't planning on it, but since it's being shipped to my house, I'll give it a watch before I give it to her.

I'd probably do the same (waiting for the $9.99 price) if you end up checking it out in the theatre since you likely wouldn't end up watching it again until part 2 is on blu-ray anyway.

    I'll go with that response

I've been wanting to watch Rush Hour but I want to wait until Rush Hour 2 finally comes out...I'll be pretty mad if it gets pushed back again.

It's a better series to me by default as its the only one I'm actually interested in
Twilight is the only other one I've seen movies from; I saw the first two for sure and maybe the third but I don't remember.

Yeah, I would imagine they might change their policy if people abused the cancel/enroll too soon thing too much.

My commitment is actually already filled (well once the incredibly slow site processes it all)
My family wanted some movies, so I ordered the two more movies I needed to do to finish and charged them $10 each. Then I am selling 3 of the DVDs at minimum, so my total cost is going to come out to $7.46 per movie for the 7 movies I bought. Less if I end up unloading the other 3 DVDs.

Yep, $9.96 each is great for Disney titles that typically run $25 or so
I'm surprised there is no limit for the sign ups and such after reading about a number of people doing it 4, 5 or 6 times.

Just in time to purchase the 30th anniversary Aladdin blu-ray that is finally being released after Rush Hour 2 style delays

I skip both of them, but I think I did actually score Temple slightly lower than Crystal Skull when I watched it. In related news, I watched Raiders tonight. Now I'll watch Last Crusade in 2 more years

I bought the TE for Smaug but then got my girlfriend the EE of it for Christmas this past year and I've been tempted to double dip to get it for myself, but it would need to be $15 or less for me to do so.

Yeah, that was great that it stayed open the entire time; I also liked how it actually opened instead of just cutting to the different ratio.

I was going to preorder from as well because I have a 10% off coupon, but I think I'll just go and grab it in person to have it day of since I have to go into town anyway.

Well Diesel just bought more blu-rays

I finally pulled the trigger on the Disney Movie Club. I grabbed Incredibles, Brave, Tarzan, Hercules, The Proposal, Iron Man 3 and Finding Nemo. All titles I could live without, but I wanted the Olaf blanket and Finding Nemo for my niece. And I'll probably get $5 for a couple of the DVDs. Could end up only costing me $3-$5 each movie all things considered.

    Well that's just a handful

I haven't seen 101 Dalmatians in years...which won't change anytime soon unless it shows up on Netflix as it isn't one I would buy

I believe you did mention that when you watched them. I'm not a fan of either of them, which means the next one/reboot will be good because every other Indy film is great

I've already bought three this year if you count Mockingjay this week
Don't think anything else is on the horizon as I'll probably be waiting for the EE of Battle of the Five Armies instead of picking up the TE this time around.

Ended up watching my Catching Fire tonight. I didn't realize it opened up for the Games sequence of the film. It looked amazing. Wish more things would film on 65mm and/or IMAX.
