From MIS, we searched for your records and we believe the order was for an AP AALAVANDHAN dvd. Order was placed on Feb 16 and we had taken this package for dispatch on 20'th and found the dvd was loose inside and had very bad scratches....we had only 1 piece in stock and we re-dispatched it on 27'th with an expected delivery date by March 8'th. Not sure why USPS took so long to deliver it and that is tottaly out of our hands....you can always opt for weight shipping where packages reaches USA in 4 - 5 days from the day of dispatch with proper tracking. Anyways, sorry to hear that your first experience was a bad one.
