Your right about HSU subs. they're great, when the up-grade bug hits I'd love to see my C2 Center sitting on top of a VTF-3 MK4 Subwoofer.

HSU are a fantastic sub maker and were at the top of my short list. What model do you have?

I owned the RW-10 so it may not apply to the 12 but I found the 10 to be decent at lower limits but once you started boosting the volume it became stressed. I decided I deserved a better class of sub to go along with my speakers.
