    I'm hoping you can help me in tracking down a missing order - I paid via Paypal on 30/09 for Harakiri, but have yet to receive it. I emailed customer@eurekavideo.co.uk on 11/10, but haven't had a response yet. The reciept number on my Paypal confirmation email is2776-2108-9480-1383.
