Personally I would just get the latest edition, or whatever has the most extras and best PQ/SQ.

Glad to hear it! Yeah, both Blade Runner and the Godfather films have a special place in my heart. They are quite simply, magical experiences.

The Dark Knight is the only "grounded" superhero film I've really liked. Batman Begins was pretty good until TDK came out and bested it, while The Dark Knight Rises was terrible, in my opinion. The Amazing Spider-Man was so... mediocre. "Competent" is the highest praise I can give it. One of my best friends slammed Man of Steel both to me personally and on a podcast so I decided to wait and give it a rental (something I did with TASM and something I should have done with TDKR).

Nobody's asking for a return to Batman & Robin. I'd just like a more fantastical Batman movie. Clayface would be a great start.

I'd really love the next Batman film to consist of a much different interpretation than Nolan's but it doesn't look like that's gonna happen.

It's one of only two Batman films I still watch regularly anymore (the other being The Dark Knight). I love pretty much everything about it.
