Bob, all was quite in those days. Most of the other users were here longer than me. I don't see those guys any more and don't recall names.

It was here we made plenty of suggestions which we saw become reality. Things I credit myself with are suggesting the smaller crystal blue cases, hard coating, and digital copy. Though I called it "control copy". That is just off the top of my head. I truly believe some corporate guy somewhere was lifting ideas off this site and followed my every move.

The format war is why I started the blu-bloods, and what a rukus it caused. Members joined me in droves, and the liberal types accused me of starting a gang. In the end, I have a few followers. Most gave up the moniker after verbal assaults and the format war ended.

August 25th, 2004! This is one of the oldest dates that I saw here so far!

* Blu-rays were not even released yet at that time! ...Only in June 2006.

How was it in those older days here at Blu-ray Forum if you don't mind me asking you?
