I've only see District 9 & Inglourious Basterds, so I'm going with Inglourious Basterds.

Great to see Inglorious Basterds and Avatar running 1 and 2. Up in the Air with only one vote and we know whose vote it is .

yeah too bad most of the voters have not seen all the films...in fact I dare say most have not seen more than 3 or 4. But it is good to know I am never far from your thoughts.

Inglorious Basterds. I know Avatar will win, but Tarantino's WWII western is much more meticulously crafted as a film than Avatar.

Come on; the hype was surrounding the film for 13 years, and the film was a box office hit, smashing an all time record and garnering critical acclaim from the top critics.

But then again, you do have a point with The Hurt Locker.

Avatar is in the lead now. Surprised that Up in the Air has not picked up any additional votes.

'The Hurt Locker' = not as good as 'Black Hawk Down'.

I really don't understand the big deal about this one. Most of the movies I saw this past year were just as good, or better. Well directed and edited, I suppose, but nothing too special.
