bpm, glad to see that you haven't given up on us. Like I told you, I know it can be frustrating and all, but like you said, its life. Glad you're back with us!!!

Just a heads up, you can't link and image from an attachment on another forum. :)

Does anyone have the region one cover art for Harry Potter 1-5. I have the box set but they are slim discs and I would like to move them over to regular sized cases. Any help would be great.

I have found a few sites that have posted them but they were poor scans.

Question: Why not when it's my work? Isn't that what all of us do? Can I not do whatever I want with my work?

BTW thanks for the great comments Mr. Party Crasher; it's not a link.

It's nothing to do with your work.

It's do with with where the image is hosted, you need to put it somewhere so everyone can see it, such as tinypic.com and imageshack.us so people don't have to sign-up to the forum you hotlinked to.

As you can see in this screenshot:

http://i45.tinypic.com/sb0u55.jpg

I had to quote you because the image doesn't show up, thus finding an attachment from another website which cannot be hotlinked.

If I attach an image to this thread and then try to put it on another forum, it wouldn't work.

Next time I'll try not to help, way to take offence.

No offense, but the way you worded it was a little like you were a mod getting on me for posting my work from another site. I had no idea that that was happening. It looks like I will have to find an alternate way of displaying the pic. Thanks for the heads up, and I'll try not to take offense next time. Nerves are sorta running thin for some in this thread, so I hope you'll forgive me.

aggienader08 12-19-2009 07:06 PM

Ok so M has explained to me that my previews have not been visible. Well I've never had a problem displaying images until I was using a different host, so try this. Can everyone see it?

It's cool, man. Just trying to save you doing the same thing again if it isn't going to show up for people. :)

I still can't see it on here, but if I copy and paste the link into my browser (after quoting you, so I can see the link) it shows up, though it might not be the same for everyone, I can't be sure.

The sites I mentioned before are perfect for what you want to do.

If you guys put this link in your browser, you will see the image.

I can see it just fine... mighty nice work!

Agh! I can't believe it! I've posted a few previews here before using this host. Have some people always not been able to see them?

I've been able to see each of the previews just fine..
I'd wager it's more of an issue with M's browser or PC in general.

Edit: Then again, I'm a member for both EFX and dvdcoversfuzion... so maybe that's why?

Torgee 12-19-2009 08:48 PM

I cannot see this one,
Code:

http://www.dvdcoversfuzion.com/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=14774&d=1261216109
Im assuming because that isn't an actual image URL, its a link to a page with the file hosted on it (I think), and you need to be a member of that forum to see it.

but I can see this one:
Code:

http://www.euphoricfx.org/forums/files/thumbs/t_tdk_blu3_copy_preview_266.jpg
Note that its the same in both Chrome and Internet Explorer.

I was about to ask you if you were a member of dvdcoversfuzion.com as I am not and you would need to be if you wanted to view an attachment image on that site.

If you're not a member of the site, you wouldn't be able to see it. :)

The URL should have a an extention but sometimes it doesn't apply, if you're a member of the site then it shouldn't be a problem, but it's really not a big deal, I just wanted to point it out, not cause this thread to get sidetracked. :)

Update on the Mel Brooks collection:

I can see the TDK preview image fine. I like how its turning out, but I still think some of the text on the front and spine just don't pop out at you and thus make them hard to read and find if I didn't know they were there.

Any reasoning for putting the 20th Fox logo on top of spine and blu-ray logo on bottom? Have you tried it the other way around?
