I've been taking a Skyrim break and playing Lego Harry Potter Years 5-7.

I can't put my finger on it, but for some reason THIS Lego game is flowing waaaaay quicker than allllll of the others.

There is no cohesive pattern to the types of story environments and for the most part they are all different.

I can tell you that this is the first Lego experience I've had where I don't feel like I'm constantly doing the same thing over and over.

wow thats good to hear. i look forward to playing it. always like the lego games but they can get very repetitive.

I finally started playing Pixeljunk Monsters yesterday. I've had it for probably a year or more. not bad. I finally figured out where the trophy challenges are so I will be trying for a few of them. Got 3 trophies last night.

basic tower defense. I dig them but they can be a bit one sided, like Comet Crash, I'd love to play it if it didn't have the enemy completely set up while you have nothing and about 10 secs to start every single level. :mad:

I was just finishing up Crystal Defenders and Savage Moon today. I didn't get into Comet Crash that much, or Pixeljunk Monsters. Comet Crash seemed really easy, just send a huge amount of units and you pretty much win, right?

yeah, but it take so long to get a large enough group the enemy is already kicking my ass.

maybe i'm just not doing things well enough but you really only have like 10 seconds before the enemy starts sending troops. because every map the enemy has towers and troops ready while you have nothing but your base and a little bit of money.

seems way to one sided for me to make any progress.

If I remember correctly, you can block them and make them take a longer route while you try and get your base built. Not sure if that applies to all the levels.

I'm in the process of beating PSN games to clear space from my HDD before it crashes. That's going to be my February goal... I want to clear 5GB worth of games off my HDD. Which means getting 100% in some titles i've been neglecting.

Fang & I are trying to do the same thing. :) I just wish I had more motivation to play right now.
I'm going to try and finish Moon Diver tonight.

Well, should have my man cave done this weekend so its almost time to get some serious gaming done!!!

My goal is to have all the GoW's done by mid March.:ohnoes:

They all came with just playing, the only two I had trouble with or had to make a point of trying for were the air warfare ribbon and stationary emplacement ribbon. Next up will be rank 45. Should get there in the next few days. I should hit rank 43 tonight. Then I'll just have to finish up the co'op for my platinum.

yup! I played GoW 2 on PS2 and played GoW 3 on an old account that got closed so its time to get all the trophies!!!

Fun times ahead then. Loved all of them, GoW 2 was a high point for me.

Been away for a bit. Between busy at work, home, and getting sick, very little time on the PS3 as of late. Hope to change that trend soon though!

Can help with any of the above. Have none of the online for Brutal Legend or DJ Hero 2. Have various online trophies for RDR - don't have GOTY, but do have all the DLC. If online is as dead as I have heard, might have to coordinate a boost to get some of them done.

Haven't gotten the DLC for Dead Nation, but might get it soon just because I really enjoyed playing through it originally. LBP and RE5 I haven't done much of anything on, but if you need anything with those, let me know.

If I can help with any of those, let me know, even though I will probably not be any help at all on NGS2. Still need the online trophies for a lot of the music games (RB2, GH:Met, GH:Smash Hits, GH5's weird 4 instrument ones), so if there are any specific ones that I can help with - let's get them done.

And...plat #8 - Instant Artist! I know, a truly impressive achievement. :p

although I don't actually have RDR yet. it's coming down in price but it's good to know about the dead online. I'll keep that in mind, hopefully it won't stop me from getting the plat. I've faced dead onlines before, like Singularity and something else can't rememeber

Finished my Normal playthrough in Another Century's Episode R. I think I am doing the Macross Zero fighter now. Digging the game and love that the stats you earn are kept into N+.

Are there any more of these games?

I need to finish PacMan. I'm like 30% done but keep being too lazy to just finish it!

There are more ACE games, but those would be like on PS2. There is a Super Robot Taisen game coming out, but it's not 1 of those anime crossover Super Robot Taisen games but has original characters.

That's pretty much it unless you count all of the Gundam games on PS3 like Dynasty Warriors Gundam, Gundam Extreme Vs., and Battlefield Record. There's also the Macross Frontier movie Hybrid Packs.

Really enjoyed the Muppets LBP levels. Still have two or three of those trophies to do though.

Got to the boss level of the MGS levels and am convinced that it is impossible, and no amount of videos showing me where people have clearly beat it will convince me otherwise. :-)

Now I think next time I get some money I'm going to pick up some more LBP DLC such as the Marvel levels and any other level kits that are out that that feature actual levels to play
