So they're not in set places? Do they spawn in different places every time?

Plat #28 - Dirt Showdown. Really easy, but really boring. The MP grind took ages. Glad it's done.

I'm exactly the same as you. I have about 10 games in the backlog to play that I haven't even put into the PS3 and about 10 that I've started and need to finish, but I really don't fancy playing any.

I got Uncharted 2 the other day and started the online bit of that, but then decided that I want to get my GTA4 platinum before Uncharted, as there's both a lot of grinding and don't want to get the controls mixed up.

I'm now on $1,006,806 out of $5,000,000 on GTA4. Which roughly equates to about another 14 hours worth of grinding. If I do about 3-4 hours per day, I might have it all done in a week, but then it gets quite boring after a while haha.

Would love some one to do some NOOSE boosting with though, as it takes a while sometimes to get some decent randomers to play with.

It's been about 5 days and they haven't sent a new game. Granted the two I had in there were "low" availability. But mid day friday I added three more games with better availabilities and here is it 3:30 and still no notifications of anything shipped. And I live close to a shipping center so I get it a day after they ship.

I just sent back HTTYD this morning. They have never been this way before so I'm not saying it is normal, but still annoying.

Is the game worth getting? I liked shattered dimensions.

i liked the game alot ,but i have to admit its an arkham city knockoff
-you now have stealth takedowns
-combo powers up after 10X
-counter or dodge with triangle sound familiar?

all in all a great game which borrowed some elements from the batman games

finally gave just cause 2 a try. I dig it.

playing on hardcore out of the gate so we will see how that goes lol. Controls take some getting used to since they are not like other shooters but I enjoy some of the mechanics and the Red Faction Guerilla style destroy things in free roam.

won't be getting the plat anytime soon but I could do it over time. glad it was free.

Fire off an email to their customer service, Bri. I usually do that if they haven't shipped anything out the following day of receiving a game back. Sometimes I get the response that I have too many "low quantity" games in my Q, and that's when I tell them that they need more of said games to meet demand. Usually, it only takes one reply from me for them to get a game or two sent out.

Still playing through hard mode on Enslaved but had a weird thing happen last night.

While playing the game, the screen suddenly changed to black (possibly during an autosave point in the game) and said the data became corrupted and restarted my ps3. Tried to reload the save game data and failed but I noticed at certain points the ps3 takes longer time than usual to load. Two spots I notice it doing this are during:

1) Before that health message upon start-up. All that is shown is the background

2) Right after pressing the X button to play a game. The icons disappear but the background just stays there for several seconds before going to load the game.

I'm not really worried about the save file since I have a backup on the cloud but a while ago I thought a read a post on here about how you can boot the ps3 a certain way to clean out files/cache for better performance. Perhaps it was Xerios who posted it but idk. If anyone can help be out I would sure appreciate it. :)

I know what you're talking about, I have the steps saved in my emails! I'll try and get hold of it and post it for you!

Regarding the game, is there any scratches on the disc? Have you tried cleaning the disc with the cloth you get in a glasses case?

Well it looks like I don't have to worry about the loading thing because when I turned on my ps3 this morning it automatically tried to restore data but couldn't so it had to reformat. Everything seems to load faster since there isn't much there. But if you could post or PM the steps that would be great for future use.

As for the game, there are no scratches or anything on it. I take very good care of all my games. My neighbor's kids don't though. ;)

No, I knew what you meant from your post. Scratches and damage can mess up games after all. Thanks again for the link. I'm sure I'll need it in the future.

Fortunately I copied my enslaved game save to cloud and I didn't make much progress since when I saved it so I should be able to pick up where I left off. :)

How are you finding the game? I enjoyed it and think it was overlooked, which was a shame! Ninja Theory make some pretty good looking games!

I'm hoping for Heavenly Sword 2 but don't see that happening in the near future!

DmC looks pretty good considering all the controversy it's receiving, I don't mind the new look and always open minded to change!

Well at first I was annoyed with how monkey controlled. Felt a little stiff/jerky and he's not good at juggling multiple enemies but I've gotten a handle on it now so I'm enjoying it more.

I've never played any of the DmC games on a count of I've always heard they were super difficult.

For the "PS3 Safe Mode" I'm assuming you use the restore file system option (number 3) to keep your ps3 running smooth, correct?
