you have to have a fully lobby to boost. There's NO way that you'll be able to get it done with random people. It'll drive you nuts.

Especially if you boost golden gun.

yea a guy that was giving me tips told me to go for the A4 shotgun upgrade first then max damage and another attachment that I cant remember what he said. He said once you get those you can rack up the kills.

What sucks is the online play is so glitched. I had a few kills with the golden gun in that first game until the connection got dropped. There were times during other games I was playing where I kept running through the same doorway over and over because it kept putting me back in the same room.

@ Jono: I finished Star Wars last night! LOVED Hoth! Then I started Mini Ninjas. I love the art in that game. It'd make suchs a GREAT cartoon series.

the only part of the TFU DLC i didnt like was having to go through the jedi temple 4 times! that was annoying, once was enough, really the only cool part was the fight at the end, the rest was kind of a pain to do over and over again, especially the very opening, but hoth is awesome, that boss battle is wayy better than any of the battles in the actual game, boba fett in tattooine was pretty sweet too!

and yeah, the art is really cool in MN, and even though the combat is pretty simple, its still a lot of fun, they could add a lot of different game mechanics and make it so certain parts can only be done with certain characters, and make a sequel a lot more fun, i found a few of the characters i only used enough to get the trophies, and i didnt use many of the potions/bombs either, maybe make more uses for those too

They tried to model it after Goldeneye which was a classic back in the day. Only the developers got really lazy and didn't really go into the depths that they could have. Plus the multiplayer is a trainwreck. It could be fun if it doesn't glitch, and not to mention if the hosts drops off instead of switching to a new host the game is over. That part is really crappy.

you played one single player level and sent it back???

i thought the campaign was great, it was old school goldeneye with 1080p graphics (one of the only games on ps3 thats not 720p native)

Host ending game is the biggest fail in gaming history, it happens on most games too.

i just couldnt get into it at all, i dont know what the problem was, it just wasnt fun to me, and i LOVED goldeneye too, so i guess i didnt feel the similarity, i figured i would eventually get it back from GF, but ive go so many other games on the list i really want to play that it will be awile if ever

side note, i got a text from gamefly this afternoon, they are sending gi joe: rise of cobra to me, should get it wednesday or thursday, should be a pretty qucik plat from most peoples comments ive seen, anybody here already play/plat this game???

Even if it's running a locked 30fps compared to CoD's 40-60, I doubt QoS is running at a native res above 720p.

And there's a crap-tonne of games above and below 720p on PS3.

I agree... I HATED playing that 4 times. lol. Especially since when you get to Sith Master difficulty the game kind of cheats. But it was cool. I LOVE Boba Fett. He's one of my favorite characters, so seeing him was great!

(Mini Ninjas) I just completed the training and cut it off before really starting the game. I think it was like 3am. lol. I'll pick it back up today and try to finish it as soon as I can.

geez you are going to have all of mine done in no time! :ohnoes:

i dont think cars will take too long, and lego rock band should be fairly quick, the only hassle is pulling out all the junk to play it, wet is the only question mark, but since GOW collection is two games, we migh have timed this pretty well and might finish around the same time

then i just have to make room for infamous from xerios, and gi joe from GF, im going to be SWAMPED here for a little bit!

Cars isn't bad, just make sure you get all the spark plugs from each level as you go along the track and if you have to restart do it, it's better than forgetting one and having to track it down.

LEGO RB: is really fun, if you're good at RB games you'll have it done in no time, they added a super easy mode which only requires you to strum... lol. There are only 2 (the expert ones) that I can't get.

I have 1/2 of GOW 1 trophies from when I went home for xmas (my brother has it) so I have 1/2 of 1 and GOW 2 to finish. But it's no problem if you take your time with them... I have a back catalogue a mile long so I wont be finishing LEGO RB anytime soon.

Also, with inFamous make sure you get the stunts as quickly as possible, you don't to have to do them after the game is over since there are a lot less enemies. Along those same lines you should boost (on your good and bad play through) some kills. Just kill a lot of enemies and then complete a mission then look for enemies then complete a mission... I didn't do that and had to spend like 4 hours running around after I finished the game to find enough enemies to buy all the powers.

Also, though they're cool, don't buy the gigawatt hammer (if you got the free DLC) because those don't count toward the trophy but they do cost a lot.

good tips, thanks, hopefully ill get infamous today, i should be getting gi joe from gamefly tomorrow, im all set! and i looked at the lego rock band list last night, it looks super easy, i have the rock band 2 plat, so from what people are saying, this should be nothing to plat, the endless setlist is only two hours long instead of six, which will be nice, the only thing that looks like it might take awhile is earning all the credits to get all the trophies for buying all the clothes and instruments and stuff

i will also hopefully be able to send COJ back to gamefly soon, finally found some boosting guys last night, we played for about 2 hours and i earned $350k, it was super easy to do to just get a group and trade kills in a map, ill only need two more rounds and ill be done, but ill probably have to hold onto the game for a day or two to help the other guys finish up, i dont want to get my plat and bail on them

I could only play so many levels of X-Blades before it had to go away.
