I'm just a few levels shy of attaining my Level 50 Borderlands trophy and platinum. I'm on Spring Break next week, but i have quite a few tests and essays due this week :mad:. Ah well, God of War 3 shall be the sweet sweet reward lol.

i have a bet with my best friend n neighbor who can plat gow3 first... 50 bucks on the line... sad thing is come tuesday we wont speak until one of us has it lol... rivaly is great

yeah, like jam said, you cant get the trophies for the story unless you start at the beginning, and yeah, the last chapter you have free roam to get all the roots, but get ready, because its gonna be rough playing AITD, one of if not my least favorite game experiences on the PS3

also i started and finished cars race-o-rama today, a super fast plat, the only thing annoying about it was the little cart races, there were one or two that were pretty rediculous, but it was a breeze for the most part, 6 or six hours tops, i didnt look at when i started it

now onto lego rock band!!! :rock:

thats awesome! all of my friends around here have xbox 360, so i cant have anything like that with them, i probably wouldnt for GOW3 though, just because i am going to want to enjoy the hell out of playing that game and not have to worry about doing it really fast

why does it piss you off that games can be finished so fast? because they cost so much? thats why i get all my quick plat games from gamefly or rental or trade with you! :D i dont really buy games anymore unless im going to get a lot of play time out of them

Just got some more Dante's Inferno trophies, and a few Wanted: Weapons of Fate trophies....they haven't updated yet though (the wanted ones).

I'm going tomorrow (My birthday) completely PS3 Game free. I'm so burnt out on PS3 right now after three or four days straight of Cloudy with chance of bleeping Meatballs, plus another day or two of Dante's Inferno.

Head's splitting open right now, and I'm turning off my PS3 and it won't be back on until I get God of War on tuesday.

So does anyone know how many different people play on that account to get all of the Platinums?

Come on, you really believe that? Even the top guys on the Xbox 360 Achievement list has multiple people playing one account, on different systems. It not only happens for Achievements/Trophies, it happens for Leaderboard rankings too. I would have to see proof before I give this guy the benefit of the doubt.

I doubt he is really confirmed to be just one person playing. If so he would have to have a lot of time on his hands. For him to have the GOW III Platinum already, does it even release anytime soon where he is from? I mean, it would make sense if one of his friends here in the states got a hold of a copy early and played it on his account to get the Platinum.

I don't think he or they hack or anything, that happens a lot on 360 though.

he's from around the middle east, he gets a lot of games early. He platinumed Uncharted 2 before it released here. He says he's a student, hangs out with friends, works, and plays games.

I don't buy it. There's NO degree you can get if you game 18 hours a day and work.

apparently wherever he is from, they dont really pay attention to street dates for games, so he just gets them all early whenever they get them, i thought he was a reviewer or industry insider or something to get all the games early, but hes been interviewed by gaming magazines and stuff, so i would hope that things have been confirmed enough to prove that he is solo-ing all of these platinums, i dont know, ive just read all over the place the its just him, so i take it at that since i cant prove otherwise, it seems to be vouched for enough that its probably legit
