I've been saying it like zeross (ze-ro-ss) Not like Ross. But I have no clue how it's supposed to be...

FINALLY

I just finished MW2 on veteran. I'm at 60%... Now I have to do a few level specific trophies, then special ops and i'm done...

The spec ops took me the longest by far. Can't remember the name of it but the one where you save the civilians on the oil rig is a real betch.

I always just think of Xerses the "god" from 300. I know it doesn't match the spelling, just the way I remember it. lol.

hey awesome avatar! I love Nariko, and Heavenly Sword. That will probably always be one of my favorite PS3 titles.

spec ops isnt too bad, there are a few that are kind of a pain, like the oil rig one, you can get all the way to the end and if you mess up the last room, then game over and you have to start all over again, most of them were really fun to me

quick Dantes Inferno Help

hey gang,

anyone have the Dante's inferno DLC - Trials of St. Lucia? If so could you please find one of my trials and rate it 4 or 5 stars? it's a trophy, get a 4 or 5 rating a trial you post.

if you sort by most recent you should be able to find mine (spiderbri33)

thanks I really appreciate it, and I'll reciprocate if anyone needs that trophy as well. :)

The Spec ops was the best part of the game for me. I did them all solo apart from the 2 you had to do in co-op. The oil rig was a bit of a pain, when I got to the top of the rig I just through all my flash bangs and ran to the last breach point without having to fire my gun:p

wow, didnt know that would work, i must have tried 25 or 30 times with my partner before we got it, i did several of them with a partner, theyre more fun that way, but most of them were really easy to do solo too

I did the same thing on the spec op were you breach a shower room and have to get to the hole in the ground, I think it's called breach and clear, managed to do it in about 30 sec. The airplane graveyard one sucked.

I'm none too happy that I have to do the special ops... Then I have to 3-star them... oh boy...

Rblu-Dblu 06-08-2010 06:30 PM

Guys im stuck in a video game rut. I started Infamous and have no desire to finish it so I just havent been playing anything. Should I start something else and try to come back? Infamous is someone elses game so I really should try and finish it as fast as possible. Im just not into it.

it sounds like you are just nowhere near finishing, id give it a little longer to get into the story before you pass on it altogether, it does start kind of slow but gets better later on

I just got to the second island and its very redundant. I'll try to get back into it this weekend.

i agree that some of the missions are pretty redundant, especially the side missions not tied to the main story, but for the most part, i really liked the game, looking forward to the sequel, i hope you get more into it, if not, then plat it out of spite for the game! :D

I hope they fix the side missions for the sequel:ohnoes: they kinda let the game down. Apart from that the game rocked for me. I loved the comic book style cut scenes.

That happens to the best of us. I'd say just take a day or two off... I find myself taking multiple days off at a time... Supra just came off a few months away...

The game is VVVVVVVVVEEEEEEEEERRRRRRRRYYYYYYYYY redundant... Just wait until you start your second playthrough, if you're going for the plat... ugh! The story BARELY changes at all.

im not really great at FPS games, but a buddy wanted to rent it, so i did and we played a bunch of multiplayer and spec ops over a weekend, then i had it for a few days more, i just started on the hardest difficulty, and suffered through the few really stupid spots in the campaign and made sure i did all the side stuff as i went, it was actually a fairly easy plat, im glad there wasnt any crazy MP grinding

the only part that really frustrated me was the grinding out of the XP to max all your powers, especially on the second playthrough
