While I haven't played any of the games, from a trophy standpoint I wouldn't recommend White Knight Chronicles. From what I heard that game takes some serious grinding.

I did play the demoes of Heavy Rain and Split/Second and I enjoyed both of those.

I would go with Heavy Rain. It has one of the best story in a game I've played in a long time. Once you get used to how it plays, it's great fun. Also it's not that hard to get the plat:D

i still havent played heavy rain, i really want to get my hands on it though, it looks like a great game, i need to send back one of my GF games, im not even motivated to start prototype, for some reason it just doesnt sound like anything i want to play right now

like protectron said, if you are looking for trophies, WKC is def NOT the game to get, but it still looks like a really fun game, but i sunk probably 150 hours into elder scrolls: oblivion, so that kind of game is right up my alley, ive heard you can spend that kind of time on WKC too

The fastest I read someone plat WKC was between 450-480 hrs:rolleyes:
Its 1000x easier to plat that than Star Ocean though:ohnoes: (SO has 900 in game trophies you need to get for like 5 bronze trophies)

Transformers: War for Cybertron -Never Played.
Split/Second -Never Played.
Heavy Rain -Gets BORING and tedious, but not overly hard..
White Knight Chronicles -Takes around 1,000 hours for plat.
Lego Harry Potter -It's not out yet. Comes out June 29.

Of the games listed WKC is probably the best for FUN, but worst for trophies.

Heavy Rain was cool at first, and NEVER gets old as far as graphics goes... BUT the controls were AWEFUL! If you're planning on getting the move I'd wait and get the move version, it might be better on there... Who knows. Probably not. The walking was the worst part of the game. It felt like the sims.

I played LEGO Indiana Jones 2 and must say that wasn't EASY to get trophies in. It wasn't THAT hard, but wasn't overly easy either. So I imagine Lego HP Years 1-4 will be the same.

I highly recommend it. First hour is a bit slow but after that it picks up the pace. If you don't know how the story ends all the better, it keeps you guessing right to the end:) Great stuff!

Just need to finish the 200 kills with the GAU-19 for my UC2 Platinum(Would have it now but the GF wanted to watch Oprah :rolleyes:. Then Ill pick up the DLC and work on those while I pick which game to do next.

Id like to take a small poll. I have the following games either mostly done, somewhat done, or not started at all. You guys tell me which one to finish up the platinum on first:

Ghostbusters: ~87%
CODMW2: 45%
Infamous: 0%


One of these three. Im thinking I should just go straight down the list I have and take them out but I figured Id see what the public thought ;)

I also need to rent Tornado Outbreak again to finish that platinum. The 97% is killing me looking at it and I only need one trophy that I left off with about 75% of the requirements for it done...grrr.

Split/Second is awesome! The second best racing game, for me anyways, behind Burnout Paradise.

As much as Id like Heavy Rain I dont want to jump ahead of jono whom you offered it to first. So if he wants it you can ship it to him first. Then he can send it to me when hes done if thats ok with you.

I do think you have a couple of really quick platinum games that I wouldnt mind borrowing from you for a few days though ;)

Ghostbusters is unattainable... :P whitout suicide risk... I would go for Infamous, great game, easy plat (apart from some of the challenge).

Haha yeah I know about GBs...believe me. But it is technically possible so Im gonna give it the ol college try I guess and hope and pray they unlock for me. Just need to fight the horrible online glitches and play.
