It's pretty easy except for buy all cars(time consuming not really hard) and 250km, the AI sucks and won't make it that far. Very annoying that the AI keeps you from getting the trophy.

I'm playing on the old PS3 for now. There are some games that wont transfer the saves... But I've moved everything over to the slim, and I have it backed up on an external HDD. So I think i'm safe. lol. I don't need another scare like that.

Mine died, and it was sickening. MAKE SURE you back up regularly! I wouldn't wish 4 years of saves and some trophies being lost on anyone.. Luckily the reflow worked and I was able to back everything up.

i need to remember to do a backup soon, its been probably about 3 months since my last one, i need to update the music and video i have saved on there too, too many folders, i need to organize better

I have all my movies and songs on an external and I just play them through the PS3. I don't save them on the PS3, that way backing up is faster. I just leave the external plugged into the PS3 at all times.

i keep most of my media on my external too, but its plugged into the PC at all times because thats where itunes looks for all my stuff to be, i only move it when im backing up or transferring new stuff on, i really need to get a bigger hard drive for my pc so that i dont have to have two external drives plugged in all the time

Any of you guys platinumed Call of Duty: World at War. Just wondering if the co-op trophies are a pain in the ass?

Yeah. I have a 1tb external for the PS3. My laptop is close enough to my PS3 that I just have to unplug one and hook it into the other. I generally multitask, so I'm always on my PS3 and laptop at the same time.

I think theres only 3 of the co-op trophies. One being on the winning team of a 4 player co-op or something like that. Is that against AI or against another playing team?

They are pretty easy to get, there is one for completing a Campaign co op match another for completing a Competitive co op match and the other which can be a bit of trouble is finishing first in a Competitive co op match. They are all against the AI but in the Competitive ones you are competing against other players for points, whichever gets more points finishes first.

Probably like 15 hours from start to finish, with about 7-8 hours of grinding. And another 2 trying to hit the monorail and get the 250km speed limit.(make sure you get that 250 km first go around, I had to start a new game to get it.)

Update with Uncharted 2 platinum. I also find it weird how everything on my card is right except that 1 gold GOW3 trophy doesn't appear. Oh well.... Level 11, 23%, 555 trophies.

btw was it glitchy for u? it sometimes doesnt load my cars paint after i paint it, extremely long load times when choosing a mission randomly and freezing a few times

I just got my first platinum on AC2. Hooray.

I have Alone In The Dark on it's way to me from Gamefly right now. Was suppose to get Army Of Two The 40th Day but I guess they didn't have any copies to send out to me. Has anyone played the new Army Of Two game? If so, any thought's on it? I have played the first one but not the new one.

The WHOLE game was a glitch-fest. I don't remember if I checked or just waited for the trophy to show up..

Well, I have Army Of Two on my Q in the number 2 spot, I have Fallout New Vegas in the first spot. So I guess that's why I didn't get AOT because it shows it is low in stock and Alone In The Dark, which is number 3 on my Q, was sent to me instead.

i dont get how GF works, i always seem to get whatever number 12 is on my list, its rediculous, i wish just once theyd send me something high up on my list, like top 5 or something, that would be sweet

New games are hard to get if they are in your tops ones. They go by who has a certain game the highest on their Q. Like me, I have Fallout New Vegas as my number 1. If I keep that there until it comes out, in like 6 months or whenever, I will probably get it. But if you do that, if you have a game as your number 2, and it's availability is low, they will skip it because some people will have it as their number 1 or have it as their number 2 longer than you.

When that happens, they skip to your next one and the process just keeps repeating.

Yeah, I know. I' am just getting it because I can get a Platinum in less than 10 hours on it ;)

i dont have any really new games in my top 5, they are all really quick plat games, like the disney/pixar ones and other assorted family games, ive got all the blood and guts games i can handle that i own, and i prefer to get the easy plat/family games from GF, but they keep skipping over all of those, i guess other people just have the same idea as i do :shrug: oh well, ill eventually get them
