I'm looking forward to Terra Nova this September. If it turns out to be good, I hope it doesn't go for only one season like so many others. And Fringe is back next month! I hope that one keeps going for a while.

Seth

I'm sure the folks in Eureka have a few surprises left for us. I'm looking forward to Terra Nova too. Hopefully it's good enough to stick around longer than a season. Can't wait for Fringe to return. Probably my favorite show on tv.

The weekend is almost upon us. Any plans, amigo?

Yeah Fringe is currently my favorite as well. It will be interesting to see what all will happen in this new season. I am bummed that The Event isn't coming back for another season, that one was very good. Rumors had it that the shows creators were looking for a new home for the show, but so far no word on that.

No big plans for the weekend, just staying indoors where it's cool, enjoying some good Blu-ray's, some good music, and good food. :)

How about you? What are your plans for the weekend?

Falling Skies is sooo bad!! I tried really hard to like that one! My gf and I watched a marathon last weekend (they had all the episodes on before the season finale) and I fell asleep multiple times! Is this what tv has come down to?

Nitworks is about right! So many excellent shows that have gotten the ax in recent years.

I really wanted to like this one also, but I just haven't really been able to get into it. It's ok but not really something that draws you in.

Sounds like my kind of weekend, amigo. Wha'cha gonna be watching, listening to & eating?:)

Friday evening we have tickets to see Tutankhamun: The Golden King and the Great Pharaohs exhibition. Or King Tut as he's known on the street.

Saturday the wife has some crazy idea of going tubing down a river. I'm not a big "tuber" so we'll see how this plays out.:D

On Sunday I'd like to do this all day.;)

Waboman 08-11-2011 07:53 PM

Lol. Despite all the plot holes, I didn't mind Falling Skies.:o
