After getting caught up with "the walking dead" I am now in a zombie phase. The other night I watched "zombieland" (great movie as Darth Anakin said), tonight I will watch "28 days later" and maybe "28 weeks later" tomorrow.

Does J. Edgar count as a zombie movie? It moved about the same speed as a zombie limping down the street......

:p

Love Shaun of the Dead.

Zombieland is excellent. Like how they explained the fast moving zombies.

Didn't care for 28 Weeks or remake of Dawn. Like slow moving zombies.

Gotta watch the original Night of the Living Dean, Dawn of the Dead, and Day of the Dead.

Land of the Dead was okay, but not a must see. Diary of the Dead was so bad that I have no desire to see Survival of the Dead.

And Zombie Strippers, not as good as it sounds. One of the first Blu-rays I ever rented. Sure glad I didn't buy it.

Zombie strippers wasn't good? I can't believe that!;);) Doesn't that have Jenna Jameson in it?

Yeah, she was. May be surprised to find out that she is not much of an actress.

Dead Snow, also not a great a zombie flick.

phansson 02-23-2012 05:21 PM

See, Dead Snow looked good to me. Nothing like combining Zombies and Nazis.....

Darth Anakin 02-23-2012 05:33 PM

Just hit 600 BDs so decided to update my HT gallery, just waiting for Walgreens to finish making the photo disc of the pictures I took. All 600 are there, except Nausicaa which is coming from Amazon and Puss in Boots which I'm grabbing tomorrow. Also took pictures of my massive TV collection so it took up almost the entire roll of film.

Zack's version was ok. I'm not a fan of the super human, super fast zombies.

I love and own both Zombieland and Shaun of the Dead. I like Hot Fuzz too. Those guys crack me up. Strangely enough, I didn't care for Paul as much as I thought I would.

Night was good. But in the Romero classic lineup, I prefer Dawn.

I liked 28 days later up until the end.
[Show spoiler]The military camp ruined the movie for me.

I didn't care for Land of the Dead. Zombies evolving and learning how to use tools. Nope. Then they march across the Ohio River. Nope.

Black Sheep, about zombie sheep in New Zealand was actually pretty good.

Hey, Aces.

I think you'll like The Walking Dead. I was hooked after the first episode. The first season is only 6 episodes though.

[Show spoiler]I kind of had a feeling about the Sophia part, the Shane killing Otis thing TOTALLY blew my mind.

Do you ever watch the Talking Dead?
[Show spoiler]They have a life size poster of Sophia coming out of the barn. It's both cool and creepy. Hamp has a picture of it in his thread.

So will Shane be the next to go?
