It was a great day. Even though we lost, it was an afternoon well spent.

There ain't nothing cheap at a ballpark. I think a regular old dog costs $5. Then the fancier dogs get even more expensive. You should see the fancy dining options they have nowadays. Back when I was growing up you got a steamed wiener and liked it.:D

Both ESPN and SI have called asking if they can use my stadium/food pics. Me being the humble man I am, respectively declined their offer.

I can't wait until May 4th when The Avengers opens.:rock: Unfortunately, the "real" IMAX, which is close to me will still be showing Wrath of the Titans. I'll have to travel about 35-40 minutes to a "fake" IMAX to see it there.

Lol, my ONLY "IMAX" (as you know) is about 45-50 mins to Providence. No biggie to me :shrug: (I'm used to the drive anyway). As for that quote, whatever makes them happy. Obviously FILM is going to look better, but in the Grand Scheme of things, will Joe Average notice a Discernible "difference" between the two? Me thinks not... :cool: ;)

Saw this earlier today (1:45pm, IMAX-3D) - Thought it was good, not Great - it had its moments. It's definitely similar to the first ALIEN in Tone than the 2nd (James Cameron Action Fest). The 3D was Spectacular throughout, & this will Look AND Sound Amazing on BD .

I thought the Acting/Cast was (overall) very good - Micheal Fassbender & Noomi Rapace especially. Visuals were incredible (no surprise there, being a Ridley Scott big-budget epic), Audio was Astounding (see above :p ), Story was interesting (to an extent).

If you're going expecting or hoping for an Action-Packed ALIENS type movie, this isn't it. Again, it's a Sci-Fi/Suspense Thriller.

I voted 4 of 5, even though I did Round UP a bit (3.5 or 3.75 of 5 Stars :shrug: ).
