not through iTunes. You can get FLAC files from HDtracks.com. I cannot remember if you are a Windows or Mac man, but for Mac, you can use the free program Max to convert FLAC to ALAC and import directly to iTunes with a push of one button.

I'm not sure what conversion programs there are for Windows to ALAC. Otherwise, I think Winamp is a popular FLAC player for Windows.
