The Wizard of Oz by far.

Eeeper 06-22-2010 09:39 PM

It's a tie between Night of the Living Dead and 2001: A Space Odyssey (both 1968) But if you count animation then the oldest thing I've got is Disney's Sleeping Beauty (1959).

MaCruz 06-23-2010 11:33 AM

The Wizard of Oz, and Snow White.

DNinja 06-23-2010 07:35 PM

Snow White is my oldest one so far. That will probably change when Metropolis comes out. I'm 34.

greenfront 06-23-2010 07:45 PM

At the moment, The General.

Leterface 06-23-2010 09:13 PM

BD - at the moment North by Northwest (1959) that's a film 17 years before me.
HD DVD - The Adventures of Robin Hood (1938).

I will buy The Kid (1921) on BD as soon as its price will fall little though. I think The Kid might stay as the oldest BD title for a quite a long time.
