I wonder if the two sets of box art shown are just for the individual trilogies, or if they will also be packaged that way in the Saga set with those two separate boxes in some kind of larger packaging.

I'm hoping they are also packaged that way for the saga set and then their is a very cool larger packaging housing them. I love the box art they came up with.

EDIT: that complete saga box art is meh. It does look like though it's large enough to hold both trilogies separately so hopefully they are included with that awesome box art they have.

i've got a 7.1 (and love it) system and i can't wait to get the complete saga at home to check them out in order! :D

yeah, seems kinda silly

They talked about how Lucas saw the clip they were using from Episode I and said "oh youre still using the old Yoda", then gave them the new digital yoda footage (created for releases of the series going forth) to use in the show.

Oh, that's news to me. Link?

  Knoll confirmed that NO additional changes will take place for the 3-D release!

Nice find. I definitely prefer the other two box arts though.

Well, it would be silly to CGI enhance those making of documentaries.

And you do realize most of the original work is still in the films, right? There's only a few tweaks.

The only outright replacements was the cheap Wolfman mask in the Cantina and the crappy puppet of Sy Snootles in RoTJ.

Jumpman 05-04-2011 02:50 PM

Oh.

And the Saga Box Art is freaking KILLER!:eek::eek::eek::rock::rock::rock:

I'm not liking that complete Saga box set box art. The only way it will redeem itself for me is if it has individual Blu-Ray cases inside for all of the movies.

If not, then I guess it's off to customizing, which I was really hoping not to have to do for Star Wars. :(

boxterduke 05-04-2011 02:53 PM

I actually like all of them so far.

Yeah, include me with those who don't care for the "Luke's Ghost" version of the box set. Talk about a Phantom Menace...

Agreed. Not a big fan of that if that is the final artwork. I thought it would be much more impressive.

That'd be nice, but as I'm only showing the site at 15%, it prob. won't happen til' Much later today/tonight.

Starbreaker 05-04-2011 02:56 PM

Well... it could be worse. Jar-Jar could be on the cover.

I'm not sure if you're joking or not but I agree with what you said.
