It may not sound like you Mac tube amp but the AVR400 is known to be excellent in 2 channel I mean their AVR sound design is taken directly from their Integrated amplifiers.

I have heard the A18 the A28 the A38 and finally the AVR600 and I have been pleased with all of them. An IA will come later when I have a dedicated 2 channel. considering a Naim XS :D

That sure does look like it was a blast to do. I might check into seeing how much that cost for a one day event. BTW How fast did they allow you to go in the open wheeler? I was glad you had great weather while you were in town. I have not checked you uodated gallery yet but when I get a chance i will. Have a great Friday.

I think someone told me around 120mph. I know I got it over 100. The open wheel cars don't have a speedometer on it. I was pushing it big time on the 2 long straight ways. Over 100 it starts to vibrate & shake a bit.

It was except for the heat and being in those suits. There was times we had to stop and wait and I about passed out in the car a few times.

Well I think my big toe is broken from the plywood sliding off the top of the bar onto my foot. The rest of my foot the swelling has left except my big toe. I can't put any pressure on it and it constantly is throbbing/hurting since I did this 2 weeks ago. My metal trim should be cut/done as of yesterday. I put that up, my countertop wood trim, and get the laminate on it should be done. I suppose I could have it done this weekend. Need to take dad's truck and get the laminate. I'm in no hurry on the bar at this stage as it is mostly done.

My naim dac and nordost power distributor come Thursday and I should have the Oppo 93 early next week. I haven't been able to use my speakers for about a week since I sent my Arcam dac in for trade-in.

I remember you saying something about that:eek: I didn't know it was that serious! Hope it gets better soon, I don't know if there is much they can do (medically)
You have quite a selection of gear coming in, the work never ends, does it?:)

There isn't much that can be done if it is broken. I figured by now it would be better and my mom thinks it is broken (she is a registered nurse). So I just deal with the nagging constant pain for a month or however long it takes. I can't walk worth a damn and it is rather frustrating.

The additions coming are for my 2 channel setup. I'm done for 2 channel additions for some time now. I also got the Drobo FS nas enclosure yesterday (had to put a rush on that with the mail-in rebate and my apple tv/external hard drives are sold). I'll be using that for my music/video streaming setup. I'm debating whether to save up for the Epson 3d projector now or buy a couch. My mom said she'd buy me couches for Christmas (the projector is out of the question). That is nice and all but the couch I want might not be available then. Plus I really want seating as my living room looks empty. Looks like I'll be adding the new couch within a week or 2.

So do you have an aversion to seeing a Doctor about your toe, to make sure if it's broken or not? Remember the Last time you were waited on going into the hospital, thinking it was food poisoning? Yes, that was much more serious, but you get my drift.

Why? Even if it is broken all they will do is tape it up or put it in a splint thing. Maybe prescribe me painkillers (I have a vicodin prescription from my last surgery so I'm good on painkillers). So other than going there to pay for something I can do myself I see no point. Got my metal trim today: I need to do some cutting on the panels. There will be 2 metal corner pieces and then 2 metal strips in the middle.I'll probably add corner pieces to the back to give it a more finished/polished look. I trim the side panels I can put up the counter top trim and then apply the laminate.
