Keep up the good work Troy, that sounds like you are almost done!

FREYMAX 3D 08-16-2011 03:29 PM

Yep, just waiting for you to grab your shovel and come on over this evening...! ;) :D

Waboman 08-16-2011 08:10 PM

Put the shovel down, man. Grab an ice cold Yuengling instead. You can thank me later.:ahh:

FREYMAX 3D 08-18-2011 04:03 AM

ugh. still diggin'. Got about 2/3 of the dirt pile shoveled, with the sod removed (what a pain!) and the resulting good topsoil dumped around the shed site tonight - shoveled and raked for 3 hours straight. Looks like I won't be able to do any more work until Saturday though, since it's supposed to rain the next two days... I guess I'll call the shed place tomorrow and see if they can deliver on Saturday, Monday or Tuesday, since I will be traveling for work next Wed-Fri back up to the Pike County Prison. Otherwise I won't get my shed until maybe next Saturday, the 27th...

Watched Sucker Punch in the theater with a buddy tonight, kinda weird movie, but the fantasy sequences and the babes were awesome... I liked it. I'd watch it again.

I'm extremely tired now - and five pints of Molson doesn't help! - time for bed for sure... 'nite all! :sleep2:

Fors* 08-18-2011 12:45 PM

How ya feelin' this morning Troy? All that work will make you a dull boy!

A neighbor of Troy's snapped this picture of him going back inside after he finished the shoveling.

Whassup, Freyster?

Had the Diablo chicken sammich served on a pretzel roll for lunch today. This sammy actually had some kick to it.

OK, Evening, guys! Feelin' a bit tired after last night and a busy day at work in our Reading office, so no digging tonight, taking an early Labor Day break, lol.

My brother and two of his friends will be here any minute, they're coming over to watch "Shooter" in my theater tonight, one of my Brother's favorite movies... it was the very first Monthly Movie Night movie I showed in my original Frey Theater in my pre-divorce house, almost 5 years ago now...

That's a really good movie - very well made, well shot, etc.

Mmm, Looks really good - where is that from? There's a bar near me that served a sandwich like that, a grilled chicken sammy on a prezel roll, they put a super-hot habanero sauce on it kinda like the Silencer sauce at Deli of Italy - the bar called it the "Conehead" for some unknown reason... it was my favorite food to order when I was at the bar drinking my Guinness!

What would be really  is to take a video http://i72.photobucket.com/albums/i1...rthecamera.gif of them swearing http://www.runemasterstudios.com/gra...s/censored.gif as they try and maneuver http://www.runemasterstudios.com/gra...es/driving.gif the shed into place.

FREYMAX 3D 08-19-2011 05:08 PM

I can do that... My Lumix camera does 720p AVCHD video.

Hi Bill and all - Yay, the weekend is officially here! Got the dirt all graded around the retaining wall this evening, and there is less than 1/4 of the pile left - guess I will be able to use all that dirt after all! So now I'm pretty much done working until the shed gets delivered Monday afternoon. Ah! A weekend off! Grrr, not really, because I have mowing, laundry, bill paying, and house cleaning to do instead... :(

Anyway, here are the very last pics of my retaining wall I'm posting up - I promise, no more photos until the shed is in place on Monday! ;)

I have to tape a 3 x 5 card on the left side of my IE browser.... just so I can read your post. It has a hinge on it so I just have to flip it down when needed.

I only had the front and sides of the yard to mow, I already took a shower and yet my keyboard is getting all wet as i type this...damn humidity.
