Good Evening, Russell o'Danger! Sorry, I was traveling for work today, so I had little time to get on the forum today. :(

Hey Dan, Yes, I have Immortals 3D, bought it on release day because I am a big mythology fan... I only got a chance to watch about the first hour, but so far I'm really liking the story, don't see what all the whining is about, at least yet. The 3D is extremely good for it being a 2D conversion film... I may watch the rest tonight or tomorrow night, although I'm fairly tired from traveling up to Allentown the last two days, and will be going there tomorrow as well. 222 north of Reading sucks big baggywrinkles during rush hour... I think I'll go 501 to Bethel and 78 to Allentown tomorrow...

I'm still planning to go to Beenies on Saturday at noon to eat some more wings, got me a hankerin' fer some more... If you're interested at all, let me know... ;)

FREYMAX 3D 03-10-2012 07:02 AM

Mmm, quite delectible, Bill...

I'm presently in the process of adding to my 3DBD collection - just ordered 5 new 3D titles from Amazon tonight, which will put me at 24 3D titles total (already!):

Tin Tin 3D
PotC On Stranger Tides 3D
Journey to the Center of the Earth 3D
Smurfs 3D (my daughter wanted this one)
Narnia: Voyage of the Dawn Treader 3D

And, in 2D, I threw in the Season 1 boxset of Game of Thrones...

The Alice In Wonderland 3D disc I ordered from eBay arrived in the mail the other day, as well.

Good morning Troy:)
Tin Tin should be a good one, saw that in the theater:rock:
Got the PoTC.
Love the Game of Thrones series.
I'll see how you like the remainder of your pics, Narnia looks interesting to me:D

Good Saturday morning T-Roy. How did the migrations go?

Oh BTW your belated Friday pic....I thought this would match your theater decor:

FREYMAX 3D 03-10-2012 02:29 PM

Morning HTG - Migrations went good, just a few minor issues, but I got all the kinks worked out. One less headache to worry about down the road, now that that site is done... :)

Nice pic, just a little washed out, too bad... judging from the photo, I'd make an educated guess that she's not wearing a bra...? :D

headed out to Beanie's Bar in a little over an hour, gonna get me some tasty wings and a beer or two for lunch... never heard back from Velore, he lives only a mile from the bar. Oh well. I'll just flirt with the bar maid, instead of talking HT with Dan... :D

That's cause you're thinking of bar food and a cold one with hopefully nice scenery.

Hey Troy. Man 3-D is sweet! I can only imagine how it looks in the Frey Theater. I plan on grabbing a few 3-D blu's. Immortals is one for sure. Any suggestions?

Immortals has really good 3D for being a conversion from 2D... I thought the movie was good until the end, not the best ending, but ok...

You definitely want to get Hugo 3D if you don't have it yet, that is pretty much the reference for native 3D now... Movie can be slow and a little boring, but the 3D rocks!

Legend of the Guardians is top notch for animated movies, as is Kung Fu Panda 2 and Tangled...

hometheatergeek 03-10-2012 09:52 PM

So Frey how was lunch?

Yeah, I have Legend of the Guardian and Tangled. Both are great 3-D presentations. Thanks.

FREYMAX 3D 03-12-2012 12:23 PM

Uneventful weekend for me... 6 loads of laundry kept me pretty busy on Saturday. ugh. I could use a cute little asian honey like the one above to help me with my house work, lol... ;) Saturday night a couple friends came to visit, we watched Thor 3D and WWII in 3D (they're both big-time into WWII stuff), and then 2 episodes of Spartacus: Blood and Sand. Late Sunday afternoon, a friend and his family dropped in to watch Puss in Boots 3D, and eat my popcorn... that was pretty much the highlight of my weekend... :meh:

DangeRuss 03-12-2012 05:18 PM

Good Afternoon Mr. 3D FREY :p

 the new avatar ;)

FREYMAX 3D 03-12-2012 08:49 PM

I thought I'd finally change my avatar to put HTG out of his misery... :D
