Jesus, I never realized how many big(ish) actrors where in this game.

RocShemp 08-29-2010 02:24 AM

For those who've played ME1 and ME2 before, how does the DLC work? By that I mean to ask how is it accessed in-game. Must I play the game again from the beginning after I download the DLC or can I add it to an already existing or completed game and extend my playthrough?

It's quite a high class cast. I hope the upcoming movie is CGI (Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within/Beowulf style) so they can rope in the entire game cast to be in it.

No problem. You seem like a guy who appreciates good acting. :)

Once you download the DLC you're able to play it right away. For instance, in ME2, you'll get a message on your private terminal saying to go check "such & such" out and you'll have that specific DLC added to your map. so then you just go explore it....

Excellent! I was hoping it'd be something like that! :D

Thanks for the answer. :)

That's pretty cool.

In the demo, I've been digging the Sentinel the most: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IQlVjVDfRr4&hd=1

Both of those look pretty awesome! When ME2 came out in January, I really liked the Vanguard class but now I like the Sentinel, Engineer, and Soldier the most. I'm not sure which I'll choose when I get the game in January (on release day!), but right now I'm leaning more toward Soldier (but that could change in the next 5 months)!

Maybe using the technology they used in Avatar.

All the classes are fun to play with, trust me, you'll play it multiple times (despite each playthrough taking 20+ hours).

I'm using that class for my Renegade Female Shepard.

I still like the Soldier class, even though I still haven't explored the other classes besides Vanguard.

I was the solder in ME1 but there was no benefit being a soldier in ME2 so I switched to the Adept. If they restriced the heavy weapons to soldier I would have gone with the soldier class.

Don't get to excited, make sure it's a good port first (eg: not like Bayonetta).

I have played through both ME1 and 2 as an adept. My personal favourite class. Though if you play on a harder difficulty it is one of the hardest classes to play as.

Didn't care about Bayonetta, was never going to buy it anyway. Besides, I have all the faith in the world in Bioware, even if they are now under the EA umbrella.

I wouldn't mind getting Splinter Cell on the PS3. ME2 and Splinter cell were the only 2 games I played on the 360 this year. lol
