thats really weird, are you sure you didn't get screwed out of that sanctum sleeve!?
the 3d version hasn't been reviewed by this site yet, but the regular version is listed with a sleeve:

Love the "True Romance" & "Ong Bak Trilogy" steels. That "Back to the Future" looks tight too!

I have let my 'dealer' know that I want slips when there are, and as one of their top customers, I usually get what I want :) My copy is without DC, so its a third version. Wont know until official release to see if this version is supposed to have one.
Below is todays new arrivals, fast delivery trumps slip for me and I take from the first batch they get :)

I used to get movies 3-2 weeks early like avatar transformers ROTF and UP. Do u pay regular price for them?I used to pay $40 a title and deposed I shoul just wait and save my money.

BTTF it's a brazilian version and I bought to change the discs from the UK version, because it has PT-PT (Portugal) subtitles... :D
