Watched my VHS copies of these yesterday and I can't wait for Blu Ray, lol. It was the first time I watched VHS on my 1080p TV.

I can only imagine it looked like total crap. Was it even widescreen?

I don't want the 4th film included. I do wish they could include the South Park episode with Lucas and Spielberg as a bonus feature though.

Actually at the bottom it says they don't know whether it'll be trilogy or the complete collection yet.

That's good to know, at least it wont be just Raiders then.

Same here.
I have the 4 disc box set (first 3 films and a bonus disc) and all 3 films look terrific played by a Panny BDP30 and Sony 46XBR4.

I haven't had a chance to give them another go but first time Raiders looked awful. I turned it off within the first five minutes. I've got my fingers crossed that this time they look fantastic and I hope someone had been messing with the TV's settings the first time and I hadn't noticed. The Crystal Skull DVD looked pretty good though.

I'm on the fence whether I want a 3 or 4 film set, I guess I'd prefer the original trilogy in a Digipak. Although I guess I wouldn't mind all four in separate cases.

Great news!Long overdue for Paramount.
Raiders and Last Crusade are great fun;Temple of Doom not so.But it's a decent flick though.
:)

Tongue-in-cheek or sarcasm is fine, but it helps if it's actually funny.

Nice try though. Keep at it.

i for one hope they include all 4 movies.

For one thing KOTCS managed to replace "Jump the Shark" with "Nuke the Fridge".

Gladly! Can't wait to have a 4-disc set sitting right next to my KotCS exclusive digibook. More Indy the better, I always say.

Humor was not my intent with that post in the least. Nice try to you though, and by all means keep at it.

You were saying about humor, or lack there of...

BStecke 01-26-2012 10:45 PM

No, that's actually true.

Can't wait to see how balance and serious this thread will become once the first screen shots are posted ;)

 And I'll probably hit the "unsubscribe" button...

ZoetMB 01-26-2012 11:32 PM

Like many other people, I didn't really like the fourth film, but I think it's nuts to create a set with only the first three. It should have either all four or be released only as separate titles. Just my opinion.

It would be nuts not to since the 4th movie is already available.
