Like most others I am not a fan of the fourth movie but will by this 4 movie set regardless. I hope it's a decent price.

Donat96 02-29-2012 06:44 PM

If Spielberg kept his promise and there is no tinkering past what they did for the DVD(or no changes at all), then definitely color me excited.
I honestly don't mind the inclusion of KOTCS too much, either.

It will make a nice decorative coaster for me.

However, that does suck for people who already bought it...now paying for it twice. I thought maybe there was a chance they would only release the first three movies in a set....as an option for them.

$75 is a little steep IMHO, but I am willing to be it will be $59.99-64.99 by release day.

As much as I disliked it the first and only time I saw it at the theater, I will give it a second chance.

I'm waiting for the French pre-order.
But I'm very happy that I didn't bought the fourth one. I knew that they'd release a four-movie boxset.

Unfortunately The Crystal Debacle doesn't get any better upon a second viewing.

In for all 4! I like all four to varying degrees (Really like Raiders and Last Crusade, and enjoy Temple of Doom and Crystal Skull)

That sums up my feelings as well.

Agreed!... but never fear as msrp is never a lasting ticket. This set will be had for the cheap in no time at all. I got my LoTR EE set for $39.99 and SW:Complete for $60smething.

You seem to have a misprint. It should say:

1. Raiders
etc.

Still a cpl more to go... Jaws FTW!

I am really excited about this set, I can't wait to watch the first three films in HD! However it does suck for those of us who already own Kingdom Of The Crystal Skull on Blu-Ray, because buying this set means buying a second copy of the film on Blu-Ray. But I did think that Kingdom Of The Crystal Skull was a great movie, it was one of the first movies I bought on Blu-Ray.

I hope that all the Special Features from the 2003 DVD Boxset of the first three Indiana Jones films all be ported over to the Blu-Rays, and I assume that the Blu-Ray of Kingdom Of The Crystal Skull included in the set will be the current Blu-Ray that is already available.

I was hoping that Spielberg and Paramount would put out two Boxsets on Blu-Ray, one with the first three films for those of us who own the fourth film already, and one with all four films for those who have not purchased the fourth film.

1. Last Crusade
2. Raiders
3. Crystal Skull
4. Temple of Doom

Belloche 02-29-2012 07:47 PM

Of course I'll buy the set, although it is a little low of Paramount to make people re-buy Crystal Skull.

Do you think George's daughter will release it?
