Marantz AV7005 or Integra DHC80.3?
 

Hey Everyone,

I currently have the Marantz AV7005 but may be able to get a deal on an Integra DHC80.3. Is it worth the change sound wise or just keep the Marantz? I appreciate any feedback.

Hey buddy, from my understanding Marantz/ Denon are the same. Integra/ Onkyo same. I don't know if the Integra will process the Audyssey any different than the Marantz. I do know that the Onkyo's run very HOT.

alot of people say that im on my second onkyo neither have run hot first was an 805 now a 5008 warm yes but never hot maybe it helps my stand is not closed in.
my 5008 should sound the same as the integra and i love mine he could also check out the denon 4311 that also has the xt32 and he can shut off the amps and use as a pre pro

I have an integra and it doesn't run hot, and I have 5 ohm speakers with low sensitivity.

I have a Denon 3311 and is the Audyssey better on the 4311, I know it will allow you to dial in 2 subs.

i believe yours has the multi eq xt and the 4311 has the multi eq xt32 with sub eq wich has hundreds of more filters its nice to have the sub eq much tighter cleaner bass
