Hello all, I'm a new blu-ray forum newbie. (:

Most recently, I've sent out a private message to a forum member, he responded but I haven't been able to respond to his messages or post new threads..

It keeps on coming up with the error:

I did everyone exactly as said. However, now when I try to put a disc in it won't accept the disc. I can hear a clicking sound - as if it's trying to accept the disc but can't.
