Weed S2 video look wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy better than S1, they swapped for AVC + i'am pretty sure they updated their camera because they are hardly any grain left and the colors are Dead on...., theres quite a few nice face detail etc.... very nice transfert..

I watched 1 and 2 of Californication. Not sure if it's because I was tired, busy or what but I just can't seem to get into it. Sex or not it's just draging.

I just finished watching season 2 of Weeds of blu-ray and all I can say is damn.....I love this show and it's amazing picture quality on blu-ray.
Reminds me of the movie Crank (also Lionsgate).

I don't have Showtime so I'm not sure how far along are they in season 3, can anyone fill me in. The sooner I can get my hands on season 3 on blu-ray the better!! :cool: :D

I'm saying how good the PQ is on blu-ray. It has everything to do with BD. Giving the ppl who don't already own Weeds on blu to give it a shot. The PQ (especially in season 2) is amazing.

I thought the PQ was questionable. I didn't mind because it is over 4 hours on one disc.. and it was only 20$ lol. When Season 2 is 20$ I may pick it up. The first EP is season 3 is the best/funniest to date imo.

Earlier, I was reading on here that the first two seasons of Weeds on Blu-ray are decent. I don't see why the third season wouldn't be just as good (quality-wise), although I won't be buying it.

Nudity is allowed on Showtime because A) it's not network TV and B) Weeds is aired at 10 on a Monday night.

SHO has been trying to top HBO for quite some time and they are def. heading in the right direction. Since you liked Weeds so much, give Californication a shot. It comes on right after.
