But go ahead rate the current one. Oh I would like to add that I do own the Transformers movie(cartoon) from the 80's but I didnt see it on this site to add to my collection.

Anyone who has "The Thing" and "Monster Squad" in their collection gets a 10/10 straight off the bat, regardless of what else they have :D

As for Transformers, you mean this one?

Interesting collection.
Lots of horror and lots of animation together. Really 2 sides of the spectrum. Not crazy about some of the horror and comedies in there. So...
8/10

Hope you are keeping Cujo, Halloween (original), Hellraiser, Elm Street, and all the other pre-90's horror. I just cannot get into the newer stuff. I've rented most of it, but "nah."

Did enjoy Shutter Island though. On my wishlist.

Animation is, in my book, what Blu-ray was made for. Wish more of it was out there. Watership Down. Interested to see what that is going to look like.

Hell yeah I am keeping those and all my pre 90s stuff and I dont mind new horror films though they are not as good as the older ones I still enjoy them. Yeah I saw Shutter Island but I wouldnt consider it horror. I am waiting to buy that one as well. I agree with the animation comment I just love it(thats what I went to college for animation) and it look stunning on blu. Didnt know watership down was being released on blu.

I don't think it is,...yet.

But looking forward to the day and wondering what it will be like. One of my favorite animated movies.

Travis your collection has already been rated by someone else but I also would give it a 10 out of 10 lots of different genres and great movies. Plus you have some clint eastwood movies, so that helps too.

Kelvin, you've got a nice collection going on here. Some great titles, lots of great taste. You're building a nice collection, can't wait to see what it gets like when you get more titles. 10/10

Anyone who owns over 300 Blu-rays automatically gets a 10 in my book, no matter how shitty some of the films are.

Bride Wars, Devil Wears Prada, Hairspray, The Holiday, Julie & Julia, My Sister's Keeper (wow a cancer film - I never get it when people buy these), Not Easily Broken, P.S. I Love You, Twilight movies,

You got most of them! haha.

You missed a couple: Changeling, Harry P's, Mean Girls, Memoirs of a Geisha, Nick & Norah, Penelope & Rihanna. Actually that's a lie; Rihanna is mine. Can you blame me? ;)

Quite a collection you've got there, pj. Looks like you've got a lot more good ones coming, too. Particularly the LOST complete series and the Alien anthology. 10/10

Now go easy on me, guys. I've only had a Blu-ray player for 4 months and since I'm a college student with a part-time job, I don't have a lot of disposable income.

0/10: DESPICABLE! Your collection is awful enough to scare away the entirety of the Lonely Hearts Club Band. Please, please me, and everyone else, by locking your collection away in a yellow submarine and abandoning it deep at the bottom of the ocean, somewhere in an octopus's garden.

(Real score: 8/10 - Decent start. You have guy action flicks and comedies, comic book movies, nostalgia toy movies, Pixar and Harry Potter. I would suggest more variety. Watch a dramatic movie, now and again. ;) )
