So you are saying you need one that accepts a male rca on each side of the plate? If so you can buy that plate and then get one of these

does anyone know if monoprice has wall plates that you can plug a single RCA jack into for a sub??

I’ve been looking and can’t seem to find anything.

I’m thinking about changing out my open pass through wall plate to one w/just the rca wall jacks.

Yes, they are available in a Keystone jack. I have just ordered one, but not sure why.

On their site, search for "RCA Keystone" and you see them. I cannot remember the price and I'm too lazy to go to the site. ;)

Yes, and with the Monoprice shipping rates for small orders, you may be better off getting them at Home Depot. My Monoprice order was over $200 when I got it.

I’ll have to see what my final cost will be….i need some banana plugs and if I get the keystone jacks….i’ll need 1 or 2 digital coax cables as well.

Is this what I’m needing for those keystone jacks I was asking about yesterday??

http://www.monoprice.com/products/pr...seq=1&format=2

it obviously has the rca jack on the front like I want, but can’t quite tell if it’s the same on the backside. :bitenails:

Don’t know how I missed that!! :o

I’m gonna blame it on my window being so small. I’m here @ work and that window is only 3”x5” in the corner of my screen so my supervisor can’t see it. :shh: :D

thanks though man!!

Well, my L890’s are on their way…..so I went ahead and ordered my LC2 center channel this morning.

Also went to mono price and ordered 2 wall plates & jacks for the subs, 2 6’ digital coax cables and 2 rca female to male Y adaptors and then 5 sets of banana plugs.

I s/b all set w/everything now!!

Best part is I came in under budget. :headbang: I had about $1,170 in side business that I either the money for in hand already or waiting to be picked up. Total for the 2 fronts, the center channel, and all of the cables was $1,150!! :relief:

Now I just have to wait for everything to show up!! :hyper: :panic:

I may just have to!! :D

This is something I’ve been wanting for looooong time now. So happy that it’s finally a reality.

I’ve always wanted a nice basement w/an HT to sit and enjoy movies. Now that it’s done, the only thing I can see myself spending money on in the future is movies.

Yeah, I’ll eventually upgrade the sub I have and possibly buy an amp in the future, but other than that, I think I’m set for a while now. :D

This amuses me greatly :lolcry:

"As if!" -Clueless

I would take the $20 and buy some power ball tickets.

What?? :D

Buying movies is the one vice my wife had no say in when we got married. I curbed pretty much everything else but that one will never go away.

Even people I work with don’t understand how I can buy so many movies. :shrug2:
